Job summary

Claritev is seeking a Director of Commercial Vendor Operations to lead registrar, credentialing, and provider data management teams. You will drive KPI performance, budgets, and process engineering across departments with minimal supervision.

You will guide strategic direction, promote automation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with Legal on regulations while mentoring staff and coordinating with leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree, or HS Diploma with four years related experience.
• 8+ years operations management experience in healthcare provider data preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on corporate and area projects and initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Vendor teams (registrar, provider data, credentialing).
• Own KPIs and drive continuous improvement in quality and turnaround time.
• Lead cross-department projects and drive business process engineering.
• Manage departmental budget and expenses; support HR actions as needed.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure regulatory and client deliverables.
