Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to lead design for enterprise and operations-facing digital products supporting rental, fleet management, and mobility operations.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design in a 3-in-a-box model, conduct field research with frontline staff, translate workflows into intuitive experiences, and help evolve design systems. The role emphasizes collaboration, scalability, and hands-on mentoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-facing digital products and operations.
• Experience conducting field research with frontline users and operational teams.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles in real-world constraints.
• Experience designing workflow-heavy systems and dashboards.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for enterprise and operations-facing digital products and platforms.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• Conduct field and user research to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex operational processes into intuitive digital experiences.
• Leverage insights to inform product strategy and design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure scalable, well-specified designs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across products and workflows.
• Create UX deliverables: journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, interfaces, presentations.
• Contribute to evolving design systems and patterns.
• Mentor junior designers and elevate design quality.
