Job summary

Harmar Mobility is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and grow our mobility and accessibility product portfolio. You will own product performance and profitability, develop business cases, and support new development, commercialization, pricing, and ongoing improvements across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Tech Service to move initiatives forward, monitor customer satisfaction and pricing, and influence strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in product management, development, sales or marketing.
• Experience in new product development initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with profit focus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, profitability and long-term strategy of product lines.
• Identify and prioritize new products, features, and improvements.
• Develop customer requirements and business plans for new initiatives.
• Lead new product development from concept to launch.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality and Service.
• Monitor pricing, costs, market share and competitive activity.
• Own cradle-to-grave lifecycle and support S&OP forecasting.
• Travel up to 10% to meet customers, dealers and partners.
