Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for enhanced leadership and strategy execution.
• 12+ years leading enterprise portfolio management, transformation, or large-scale change.
• Proven governance of complex, high-value portfolios with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate GPS strategy into an integrated, multi-year portfolio with clear owners and milestones.
• Design and lead enterprise governance for 800+ initiatives with stage gates and risk management.
• Drive benefits realization, tracking operating income, revenue, ROIC, and cash flow.
• Lead cross-functional execution, dependencies, and executive communications to accelerate value.
