Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives within the Business Operations Division, reporting to the Senior Manager of the EPMO. The role focuses on enterprise-wide programs, mentoring junior PMs, and driving alignment with senior stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, guide governance practices, and contribute to methodologies that scale KnowBe4's project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing technical projects and M&A integration initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all organizational levels including executive leadership.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and manage multiple high-priority concurrent projects.
• Strong mentoring and coaching capability; able to elevate the skills of less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-priority, cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through post-implementation, with accountability for outcomes at the enterprise level
• Guide stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, risk management, change coordination, go-live, and post-implementation review
• Serve as a subject matter expert on project management methodology, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of EPMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Enterprise Project Managers and other team members, elevating team capability and PM maturity
• Manage Steering Committee meetings and executive updates, including preparation of decks, presentations, and meeting materials for senior and executive audiences
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation and archives
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, with particular focus on cross-functional and technical implementation risks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with overall business objectives and strategic priorities
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including C-suite, executives, team members, and external partners
• Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support M&A integration analysis and technical integration efforts as needed
