Keycard is hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to win enterprise security buyers, shaping how Keycard is positioned for security architects and platform leaders, and guiding the sales story, materials, and launches.

This senior IC role blends hands-on execution with strategic influence as the enterprise motion grows, collaborating with Sales, Product, and founders on customer calls, battlecards, and launch planning.

Qualifications

• Significant product marketing experience at a security, identity, or infrastructure company selling to enterprises.
• Led a product marketing function and still wants hands-on work.
• Ability to learn complex technical products and explain them credibly to security and engineering audiences.
• Experience creating enablement materials and training that improve win rates or deal velocity.
• Spends time on calls with sales and field, learning and iterating quickly.
• Capable of turning complex ideas into persuasive messaging.
• Uses AI-native approaches to speed up research, competitive analysis, and content.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy: enterprise positioning, market intelligence, and buyer insight.
• Equip the team: sales enablement, product launches, customer stories, and executive briefings.
