Job summary

Nucleus Security, Inc is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, go-to-market, and market narrative for the Nucleus platform. You will translate technical capabilities into market value and lead strategic launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing or closely related solutions marketing / go-to-market experience at a B2B technology company, including high-growth startup experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of positioning and messaging for technical B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience owning analyst relations — running briefings, RFIs, and influencing placements in evaluations.
• Track record of leading end-to-end product launches and GTM execution.
• Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to market highly technical products to technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Comfort working with fully remote, distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives for the Nucleus platform across security, IT, and GRC buyers.
• Coordinate between Product, Marketing, and Sales; set cadence with GTM leaders to accelerate launches and campaigns.
• Define GTM strategy for new products and features, overseeing cross-functional launches from planning to release and post-launch review.
• Own analyst relations strategy — briefings, RFIs, and analyst questionnaires to secure favorable evaluations.
• Develop sales enablement assets: decks, narratives, battlecards, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams to power campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Own competitive intelligence to differentiate and drive sales plays.
• Act as market-facing spokesperson with customers, prospects, and the security community.
