BPM Advisors, LLC in San Diego is seeking a senior consultant for a large enterprise modernization program with the County of San Diego. This onsite, long-term contract requires hands-on leadership beyond project coordination, with direct involvement across data-center exit, cloud transitions, and system integrations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project management, 5+ years in government settings, and a track record of delivering $10M+ programs, plus strong stakeholder and vendor

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressively responsible professional project and/or management experience in complex work environments.
• At least 5 years in a local government setting (city/county) is required.
• Led large-scale enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs with $10M+ budgets.
• Direct experience coordinating multiple workstreams with stakeholders and vendors.
• Led scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and executive reporting.
• Extensive involvement across enterprise implementation activities (requirements, integration, data conversion, testing, training, go-live).
• Proven project management experience in government or similarly complex organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent, owner-side leadership and oversight of multiple concurrent modernization projects.
• Manage integrated program schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Hold implementation vendors accountable for deliverables, milestones, and contracts.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, consultants, and executives.
• Oversee readiness, data migration, integration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Advise sponsors and steering committees on program health and major risks.
