BPMA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager for a major enterprise technology modernization initiative with the County of San Diego's Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk (ARCC).
We are looking for someone who has personally led complex, multimillion-dollar enterprise implementations—not someone whose experience is primarily project coordination, Scrum facilitation, PMO reporting, or managing a small portion of a larger program.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership assignment representing the County's interests, not the software implementation vendor's.
