Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a seasoned Engagement/Account Leader to drive enterprise implementations and client success across North America. You will manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure project success from planning to adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT consulting, SaaS adoption experience, and a track record of executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Progressive project/program management experience in enterprise systems with large budgets.
• Experience in IT consulting focusing on enterprise apps and engagement leadership.
• Ability to lead conversations with executive teams and government officials.
• Proven track record mentoring project managers and handling multiple engagements.
• Experience with SaaS software adoption and client leadership throughout lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations end-to-end from planning through go-live and adoption.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, driving renewals and expansions.
• Assume Engagement Manager role as needed for cross-project alignment and risk.
• Represent Aurigo in steering committees and executive business reviews; balance profitability with outcomes.
• Drive cross-team collaboration, manage risks, and document changes and outcomes.
• Encourage platform configuration with business-case justification; avoid unnecessary customization.
• Identify renewal opportunities; partner with sales on SOIs and strategy.
• Oversee contract changes and risk escalations; ensure status reporting to executives.
• Lead distributed project teams; ensure milestones and documentation are current.
• Coach Senior/Project Managers to raise the PM organization’s performance.
• Ensure milestone sign-offs and customer acceptance across projects.
• Travel up to 30% annually.
