Job summary
Centric Software is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Centric Planning implementations within our Retail Planning and Pricing team. You will manage enterprise software projects for retailers, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and high customer satisfaction, working with architects, consultants, Customer Success and Sales.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise software PM, experience with SaaS deployments, and strong stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software implementation PM experience.
- Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise apps.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Centric Planning implementation projects.
- Own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Build relationships with customer executives and sponsors.
- Lead governance, steering committee, and status reviews.
- Coordinate delivery teams including consultants and architects.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive PMO standards and best practices.
- Support pre-sales with implementation strategies and estimates.
- Mentor junior project managers and strengthen delivery capability.
