Job summary

Maximus is seeking an accomplished technology leader to own the engineering vision for enterprise platforms, including CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will drive modernization, DevSecOps, and platform-wide standards while managing budgets, vendors, and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
12+ years of professional experience.
Experience leading enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, software engineering, or platform engineering.
7+ years of technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or large technical teams.
Proven experience in enterprise application strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.
Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
Strong understanding of security, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
Experience budgeting, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Own the program's engineering vision and architecture across systems and components.
Ensure technical deliverables meet contractual requirements, SLAs, and compliance standards.
Lead technical decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Document scope changes with Program Manager and communicate with stakeholders.
Act as senior technical interface with customers, supporting reviews and briefings.
Ensure transparency of technical work, schedules, and meetings.
Set standards for technical rigor and engineering discipline.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
