Job summary

MAXIMUS seeks an experienced technology leader to own the lifecycle of enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will drive architecture, integration, and operations across CRM/ERP systems, while leading teams and managing budgets.

You will guide modernization, security, and governance efforts, partnering with senior stakeholders to align capabilities with strategic goals and program requirements. Remote-friendly role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise applications or platform engineering.
• 7+ years in technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or teams.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, data governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, integration, DevSecOps, and release management.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, reuse, and technical debt reduction.
• Ensure architecture, engineering, data, and integration standards across CRM, ERP, and connected systems.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, performance, resilience, and compliance.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize capabilities and investments.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability and standards.
• Manage technology budgets, licensing, vendors, and services.
• Review emerging technologies including AI, automation, analytics, and platform-native capabilities.
