Job summary

Maximus, Inc. is seeking a Vice President – Enterprise Platforms to lead the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of core business platforms across contracts, finance, service management, and enterprise workflow execution.

The role oversees Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos to ensure secure, integrated, and scalable platforms that support compliant, outcome-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; years of relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 15+ years leading enterprise-scale platforms incl. Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Icertis or similar.
• Experience with Costpoint and Cognos for financial reporting.
• Ability to align platforms with business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong enterprise system integration and workflow automation knowledge.
• Proven leadership of cross-platform operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and operations of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos platforms.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance across enterprise systems.
• Standardize enterprise workflows across customer engagement, contracts, finance, and service operations.
• Align platform capabilities with Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Delivery outcomes.
• Drive integration across enterprise systems for end-to-end automation and reporting visibility.
• Establish governance controls to meet enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades and vendor roadmaps.
• Oversee vendor relationships across core enterprise SaaS and ERP ecosystems.
