Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Chief Engineer to own the end-to-end technical integrity of the program’s system, ensuring software, infrastructure, networks, data, security, and operations work cohesively to meet contractual requirements. This remote role reports to enterprise engineering leadership and drives modernization across CRM/ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle and platform operations.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, integration, DevSecOps, and release management.
• Drive modernization, automation, and technical debt reduction across enterprise systems.
• Adhere to enterprise standards for security, data governance, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability.
• Manage budgets, licensing, vendors, and external services.
