Job summary

Salt River Project in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Security Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security systems across SRP facilities. You will drive projects, coordinate with IT, Security Operations, Facilities, and operations teams, and manage vendor relationships to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies, system design principles, and IT infrastructure.
• Project management or security certifications preferred.
• IT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle maintenance of physical security systems for SRP facilities and projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure proper implementation.
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation and technical standards.
• Manage full security system project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee vendor activities and service programs, ensuring quality and adherence to SRP standards.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs, SLAs, and performance tracking.
• Administer access control and video management platforms with appropriate configurations.
• Plan lifecycle management of security software/firmware, including updates and changes.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans for security applications.
• Create dashboards and analytics to drive visibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT on network configurations, cybersecurity requirements, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Support API-based integrations and automation for security platforms.
• Participate in lifecycle planning and capital budgeting for security infrastructure.
• Research and test emerging security technologies for innovation.
