Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 7 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate enterprise change and drive efficiency.
• Manage small projects or portions of larger projects over long periods across multiple disciplines.
• Develop new ideas and processes and pilot implementations to improve business operations.
• Develop and implement an effective operations improvement process.
• Utilize financial analysis and data mining techniques to evaluate current processes.
• Ensure process implementation and improvement through direct communication and feedback.
• Manage one or more staff analysts.
