Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• If no degree, 4 years of relevant work experience required.
• PMI and/or PMP certifications are preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses.
• Works with management, stakeholders, impacted users, and team leaders.
• Coordinates cross-functionally with onshore and offshore resources.
• Assists with, creates, and communicates project plans on a large basis.
• Conducts business processes and systems analysis.
• Assists with deliverables, cost, schedule and quality of enterprise solutions projects.
• Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
• Works with internal and external customers, suppliers and partners to resolve problems.
• Drives the projects and the organization toward achieving business results.
