Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Operations to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action and drive execution across Finance, Talent, IT, Risk, Communications and Lines of Business.

In this senior operational role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, escalate risks, and provide data-driven insights to executives to ensure enterprise objectives are achieved, while maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or related function.
• Experience leading large-scale complex projects and initiatives and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Advance execution of enterprise operational strategies and priorities.
• Track progress against operational initiatives and escalate risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.
• Enable consistent implementation of enterprise policies, standards, and operational practices.
• Promote data-driven decision-making, operational discipline, and accountability across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies to support successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, decision materials, and presentations for leadership teams and governance committees.
