Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or related function.
Experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Advance execution of enterprise operational strategies and priorities.
Track progress against operational initiatives and escalate risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Enable consistent implementation of enterprise policies, standards, and practices.
Promote data-driven decision-making and accountability across workstreams.
Serve as a delegate for the Enterprise Operations Lead.
Lead or support enterprise operational projects addressing transformation needs and cross-functional challenges.
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership and governance committees.
