Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an Integration Lead Architect to design end‑to‑end integration architectures, APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration, aligning technical strategy with business objectives and ensuring scalable, secure, and performant solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will lead and mentor integration teams, act as the liaison between business and development groups and external partners, drive the integration roadmap, manage risks,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and leading architecture teams.
• Minimum of 8 years designing and implementing REST APIs and multi-system integrations across cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Minimum of 5 years with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Spring Integration, Kafka, and API governance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration.
• Develop the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology initiatives.
• Lead and mentor integration teams, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and frameworks
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with product capabilities.
• Engage with potential clients, understand their integration needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure the integration architecture meets scalability and performance standards.
• Provide development oversight to teams and ensure integration solutions meet client needs and the requirements.
• Proactively identify risks related to integration dependencies and data flow.
• Assist in deployment activities, monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in integration technologies and propose enhancements to existing solutions
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership on integration initiatives.
