Temple Health seeks an Enterprise Manager for Network Services to lead a Network Operations team ensuring high availability and performance across complex infrastructure. You will analyze network events, monitor reachability, and coordinate proactive upgrades with IT teams.

The role includes on-call duties, incident escalation, and collaboration with CAB to approve changes. Three on-site days per week at Temple Health Women’s and Families Hospital are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience managing and mentoring a Network Operations Team required.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting across DNS, Wired, Wireless, SD-WAN, Firewalls, and Data Center networking required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Network Data Technician staff for daily performance and availability of the network.
• Monitor network reachability, perform bottleneck analysis, and troubleshoot to restore full capability.
• Manage 24/7 on-call support and on-call teams; escalate and communicate issues to CAB as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and initiatives; maintain network documentation and inventory.
