Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Manager of Network Services to lead a team of Network Data Technicians ensuring daily performance and availability of the organization's network. You will analyze faults, monitor connections, and drive troubleshooting to restore full capability.

You will develop trend analyses of system load and usage, manage upgrades and on-call support, and collaborate with IT teams on projects. On-site three days per week at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3 years experience managing and mentoring a Network Operations Team.
• 3 years experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting across DNS, Wired, Wireless, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Campus & Data Center Networking.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, QoS, static routing, Layer 2/3 routing.
• 2 years experience in automation and scripting; Life Cycle Management preferred.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, Extreme, Infoblox; Azure preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Cisco certs listed are preferred licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Network Data Technician staff for daily network performance and availability.
• Analyze network system functions and failures to isolate issues.
• Monitor reachability of all connections and troubleshoot to restore service.
• Develop trend analysis of system load, usage and response.
• Manage operational support, upgrades, pre and post network events and maintenance support.
• Maintain network documentation and inventory.
• Manage 24/7 on-call support and on-call teams.
• Escalate issues after hours and coordinate with CAB for approvals.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and technology initiatives as needed.
