Job summary

TekSynap seeks a Senior Corporate Enterprise Network Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency. The role focuses on WAN design and deployment, IPv4/IPv6 transitions, and interoperability across NIPR, SIPR, and DISN environments.

You will generate design drawings, conduct lab tests, and coordinate with government customers. Candidates should have Secret clearance and top-tier certifications (CCNP Enterprise/CCNP Security or equivalent) and be prepared for hybrid work with 10–25% travel

Qualifications

• Must have active security certifications (as listed) and a Secret clearance.
• Extensive WAN deployment and maintenance experience across NIPR/SIPR and DISN.
• Proven ability to develop specifications for complex network problems and produce design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements from inception to conclusion under supervision.
• Plan, perform and document laboratory assessments of hardware/software for connectivity between DLA WAN, NOC, and DISA NOCs.
• Coordinate with government customers to create a TAP for WAN refreshes and upgrades.
• Produce AARs and executive briefings with supporting rationale.
• Ensure interoperability across NIPR, SIPR and DISN network equipment and services.
• Provide full WAN lifecycle engineering support from design to sustainment.
