Job summary

TekSynap in Honolulu, HI seeks a Senior Corporate Enterprise Network Engineer to lead WAN design, implementation, and optimization for NIPR and SIPR networks, with CCNP Enterprise and security clearance.

The role requires coordinating with government customers, performing lab assessments, planning technology refreshes, and delivering documentation and AARs in a hybrid environment out of Pearl Harbor. US citizens only, IT-1 secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive IT experience in WAN deployments.
• Experience deploying WAN equipment on NIPR/SIPR networks and supporting WAN lifecycles.
• Experience with technology refreshes and upgrades and wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and manage tasks from inception to conclusion.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure accurate solutions and satisfaction.
• Plan, document and perform lab assessments of hardware/software for DISN services.
• Create technology assessment plans (TAP) for WAN upgrades and refresh.
• Produce design drawings and After Action Reports (AAR).
• Ensure interoperability between NIPR, SIPR, and DISN networks.
