Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Senior Corporate Enterprise Network Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency and DISN environments. The role requires expert WAN design, IPv6 transitions, security policy review, and extensive coordination with government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical connectivity.

Candidates must hold a Secret clearance and CCNP Enterprise, with DoD 8570 IAT III certifications and five years of WAN experience. Hybrid schedule near Fort Belvoir, VA with travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have Secret Clearance with IT-I eligibility.
• Must have an active CCNP Enterprise.
• Must obtain CCSA or CCSE; CCSE within 60 days.
• DoD 8570 Baseline IAT III: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH.
• Minimum five years IT experience deploying WAN networks and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements to manage tasks from inception to conclusion.
• Design and support WAN deployments on NIPR and SIPR.
• Plan technology refreshes, upgrades, and device configurations.
• Create design drawings, test plans, and AAR reports.
• Ensure interoperability among NIPR, SIPR, and DISN equipment.
• Coordinate with government customers and stakeholders.
