Job summary

IQUASAR LLC seeks a Senior Monitoring Platform Engineer to lead hands-on configuration, deployment, tuning, and sustainment of enterprise monitoring in a secured environment.

You will develop dashboards, alerts, and automation using Splunk SOAR and Ansible, support integration testing and production rollout, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document configurations and lessons learned. This is a remote role with a strong emphasis on reliability and incident response.

Qualifications

• 6+ years configuring enterprise monitoring tools in secured environments.
• Experience in secured environments and ITSM integration is preferred.
• Strong independent work capability in highly secure settings.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy monitoring solutions in secured environments.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and automation using Splunk SOAR and Ansible.
• Support integration testing and production rollout activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate monitoring requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Document configurations, SOPs, and lessons learned for knowledge transfer.
