Job summary
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Microsoft 365 messaging, collaboration, and communication platforms.
You will provide technical leadership for Exchange Server/Online, Outlook, Entra ID, and related services, while partnering with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Risk teams. The role focuses on secure, scalable messaging solutions, cloud modernization, and PCI-DSS compliance in a large enterprise
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server/Online and hybrid messaging.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Entra ID and collaboration tech.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, and labels.
- Proven PCI-DSS experience in large enterprise messaging.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and security governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for M365 messaging platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for Exchange Server/Online, Entra ID, and related services.
- Lead architecture reviews, evaluations, and design sessions for secure messaging solutions.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Risk and Infra teams.
- Develop and enforce architecture standards and integration strategies.
- Lead PCI-DSS compliance assessments and remediation with QSAs.
- Drive cloud modernization, tenant integration, and messaging migrations.
- Mentor engineers and act as escalation point for complex challenges.
