Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Exchange Online Architect in the United States to lead end-to-end architecture, migration, and operational design of enterprise messaging platforms.

You will serve as the technical authority for email, calendaring, and messaging across hybrid, multi-geo, high-availability, and regulated environments, ensuring security, compliance, performance, and resilience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise messaging or collaboration architecture.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Exchange Online.
• Deep expertise in Exchange Server 2016/2019 (hybrid and coexistence).
• Experience with Exchange Online mail flow and transport and Autodiscover/DNS.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Exchange Online architectures, including hybrid and multi-geo models.
• Lead large-scale Exchange migrations and ensure end-user experience.
• Define security, compliance, and governance aligned to enterprise standards.
• Drive operational models, monitoring, and incident response for messaging.
