Job summary
Bank of America is seeking a Microsoft Exchange Online Senior Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, migration, and operational design of enterprise messaging platforms. You will own the hybrid Exchange architecture, ensure security, compliance, and governance, and partner with identity, security, and network teams to deliver resilient messaging services.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise messaging or collaboration architecture.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Exchange Online.
- Deep expertise in Exchange Server 2016/2019 (hybrid and coexistence) and Exchange Online.
- Experience with large-scale migrations, coexistence, and identity/security integration.
Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and target operating environment for complex solutions.
- Lead design of Exchange Online architectures (hybrid, multi-geo, high availability).
- Drive migration planning: cutover, staged, and hybrid approaches.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across messaging platforms.
- Educate teams on technology practices and standardization.
