Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and maintain the Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration roadmap. You will provide technical leadership for Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Outlook, Entra ID and related services from a Gresham, Oregon location.

You will lead architecture reviews, drive PCI-DSS compliance efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Security, Compliance, Risk, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable messaging solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ten or more years across multiple technology disciplines.
Three or more years of project/team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration.
Provide technical leadership for Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Outlook, Entra ID, and 365 services.
Lead architecture reviews, evaluations, and design sessions for secure, scalable messaging.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Infra.
Develop and enforce standards, governance, and integration strategies.
Lead PCI-DSS compliance assessments and remediation with QSAs and regulatory stakeholders.
Drive cloud modernization, tenant integration, and messaging migration initiatives.
Mentor engineers and act as escalation point for complex architectural challenges.
