Job summary

Block+Tackle is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own complex enterprise marketing technology implementations for major clients in Atlanta. You will manage the full lifecycle from discovery and planning to deployment and transition, balancing architecture depth with delivery pragmatism.

The role requires senior-level program management, strong MarTech knowledge, and a proven ability to lead multi-party teams while maintaining governance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or systems-integration experience in enterprise programs.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery for senior stakeholders.
• Strong fluency across Marketing Technology platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and governance across multiple client teams and partners.
• Shape plans and solutions by translating business outcomes into architecture, backlog, and release plans.
• Maintain solution integrity by challenging designs and validating deployments with architects and leads.
• Orchestrate the full delivery system including UX, content, data, and change management.
• Lead client relationships, executive sponsorship, and delivery staffing within a SaaS/enterprise context.
