Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise legal practice within large public companies or top-tier law firms.
• Deep expertise in areas such as M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, IP, privacy, or commercial contracting.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and enterprise GRC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise legal scenarios across regulatory, transactional, litigation, and in-house counsel workflows.
• Draft and review materials aligned with enterprise compliance frameworks including FCPA, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Build evaluation tasks focused on enterprise contracting, licensing, DPAs, and M&A diligence processes.
• Develop ERM and COSO-aligned risk scenarios, investigations, and board-level reporting exercises.
• Author detailed rubrics that evaluate sophisticated legal reasoning and judgment.
• Review model outputs for accuracy, compliance alignment, and legal reasoning quality.
