Job summary

Program Management Solutions LLC seeks an Enterprise Systems Technical Expert Advisor for Operational Medicine. This senior role provides strategic and operational guidance on enterprise informatics, IM/IT, EHR/EMR, and network capabilities across fixed facilities and deployed environments.

The advisor partners with AFMRA/AFMS and DHA stakeholders to ensure secure, interoperable, and sustainable solutions, while supporting MHS GENESIS, cybersecurity, and large-scale IT programs across 50+ remote

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT, systems engineering, healthcare IT, or related technical disciplines.
• Three+ years supporting operational medicine, expeditionary or deployed healthcare environments.
• Experience implementing enterprise EHR/EMR, workflow analysis, and provider training.
• Strong knowledge of MHS GENESIS, DHA, DISA, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience managing large IT projects across 50+ remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning for enterprise informatics, IM/IT, network, EHR/EMR, and digital-health capabilities.
• Align AFMS requirements with DHA architecture, MHS GENESIS functionality, DISA standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure for suitability in diverse medical environments.
• Assess network, hosting, connectivity, and service-management requirements; recommend improvements.
• Analyze impact of limited bandwidth, downtime, and data synchronization on care delivery.
• Evaluate emerging health IT technologies for potential adoption and workflow impact.
• Support MHS GENESIS implementation, sustainment, training, and optimization.
• Optimize patient-care and clinical workflows through enterprise EHR/EMR capabilities.
• Provide remote and on-site coaching, training, and end-user engagement for clinicians and staff.
• Develop curricula, SOPs, and implementation plans for enterprise systems.
