Job summary

The successful candidate will translate complex analyses into actionable investment recommendations, drive benchmarking efforts, and influence executives in a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience translating quantitative analyses into actionable business recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial investment strategy and portfolio-level decision making.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, investment planning and headcount initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise investment optimization across the US portfolio with data-driven recommendations on spend and resourcing.
• Develop investment and workforce planning strategies using optimization models, benchmarks and industry analogs.
• Partner with Finance to co-create investment recommendations that maximize business impact and efficiency.
• Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for CFOs and senior leaders.
• Collaboration with Forecasting and CoE to align investments with business priorities.
