Qualifications

• Senior leader with enterprise analytics, performance, or investment experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead managers and establish enterprise-wide standards.
• 10+ years in enterprise analytics, business performance, or strategic finance in pharma/healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience partnering with Finance leadership on performance, investment, budget, or headcount matters.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-level analytics and performance reporting across US therapeutic areas, brands, and business functions.
• Lead two Director-led capability areas: Enterprise & Functional Excellence, and Enterprise Resource Optimization.
• Set enterprise standards for USLT reporting, KPI definitions, and investment guidance.
• Interface with Finance leadership, the Office of the US President, and Strategy for performance and investment matters.
• Collaborate with Modeling CoE to ensure a unified capability and stakeholder perspective.
