Job summary

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking a Dir, Enterprise Resource Optimization to lead enterprise resource allocation and investment optimization across the US portfolio. The role partners with Finance to guide budget, headcount, and investment decisions, and leads a multi-person US team in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Requires 8+ years in pharma/healthcare analytics or strategy, strong communication, and expertise in Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in resource allocation, investment optimization, or related field in pharma/healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability translating quantitative model output into strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budget, investment, or headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide resource optimization recommendations in partnership with Finance.
• Interrogate optimization outputs and convert into actionable investment guidance for senior leaders.
• Lead a US-based team of Associate Directors and analysts in HYD.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Capabilities & Modeling CoE for integrated insights.
