Employvision Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Integration Technical Manager to lead integration architecture, API platforms, cloud modernization initiatives, and a team of Technical Leads and Architects.

This strategic role focuses on API Management, ESB platforms, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud-Native technologies, blending hands-on expertise with architectural leadership and people management to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT experience.
7+ years in Enterprise, Solution, or Integration Architecture.
2+ years leading technical teams or architects.
Experience with API Management & security.
Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SSO solutions.
Experience with Kafka, Event Hubs, asynchronous messaging, and modern integration patterns.
Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, API governance, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Technical Leads and Application Architects.
Provide technical oversight for: API platforms and ESB/Integration technologies.
Define enterprise integration standards, governance, and modernization roadmaps.
Lead cloud migration and integration transformation initiatives.
Champion automation and AI-driven engineering practices.
Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
