This strategic role focuses on API Management, ESB platforms, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud-Native technologies, blending hands-on expertise with architectural leadership and people management to deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
- 7+ years in Enterprise, Solution, or Integration Architecture.
- 2+ years leading technical teams or architects.
- Experience with API Management & security.
- Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SSO solutions.
- Experience with Kafka, Event Hubs, asynchronous messaging, and modern integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, API governance, and cloud security.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Technical Leads and Application Architects.
- Provide technical oversight for: API platforms and ESB/Integration technologies.
- Define enterprise integration standards, governance, and modernization roadmaps.
- Lead cloud migration and integration transformation initiatives.

- Lead and mentor Technical Leads and Application Architects
- Provide technical oversight for: Apigee API Platform, MuleSoft / IBM Integration Bus (ESB), .NET APIs, Ping Federate SSO and Kubernetes / Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO)
- Define enterprise integration standards, governance, and modernization roadmaps
- Lead cloud migration and integration transformation initiatives
- Champion automation and AI-driven engineering practices
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence
