Job summary
Signode Industrial Group, headquartered in Tampa, FL, seeks a Senior Customer Engagement Integration Engineer to design and support Signode's enterprise integration hub and EDI/B2B capabilities. You will connect ERP environments, Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 with customer engagement platforms, external partners, and data platforms to enable reliable document exchange across the value chain.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Extensive experience in enterprise integration and EDI/B2B.
- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 integrations.
- Proven cloud integration and API management experience.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise integration hub and customer engagement architecture.
- Lead EDI, API, file-based and event-driven integrations with partners.
- Onboard trading partners, map connectivity, and certify integrations.
- Coordinate with ERP, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Establish scalable patterns, monitoring, and governance across integrations.
