Zusammenfassung

Signode seeks a Senior Customer Engagement Integration Engineer to design and support enterprise integration hubs that connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and logistics systems. You will lead B2B, API-led, and file-based exchanges across trading partners, customers, and suppliers.

The role focuses on EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and managed file transfer, with hands-on work on Dynamics AX/365 and Azure integration services. Travel is possible as needed to support regional IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise EDI and B2B integration solutions.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Signode’s enterprise Business Document Exchange Hub and customer engagement integration architecture.
• Define reusable integration patterns for B2B, application-to-application, API-led, file-based, event-driven, and document-oriented exchange.
• Develop integration roadmaps supporting current and future ERP platforms, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Connected Services.
