Job summary

Signode, headquartered in Tampa, seeks a Finance-Lead Systems Analyst to optimize Dynamics deployments and lead ERP/CRM improvement projects. You will partner with business units to define requirements, drive process changes, and ensure best-practice solutions across the organization.

You’ll facilitate workshops, manage implementation, and support post-go-live optimization while aligning with global standards. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/business experience.
• Experience leading ERP/CRM projects, preferably D365.
• Knowledge of finance and manufacturing processes.
• Strong change management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve production support issues in the functional area.
• Define and implement end-to-end processes and improvements.
• Lead workshops for requirements, fit-gap, and solutions with owners.
• Oversee ERP/CRM deployment testing and security requirements.
• Coordinate training, change management, and user docs.
• Ensure readiness for system migrations and post-implementation audits.
