Zusammenfassung

Connection, Inc. is seeking a Sr Business Integration Analyst to oversee requirements, timelines, and technical integrations for external partners. You will work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to map needs into functional specs and drive end-to-end integration projects.

Strong experience with EDI and API integrations, ERP systems, and ITSM tools is essential. Candidates should be adept at documentation, communication, and agile collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML) and APIs; experience mapping and testing with trading partners.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) and integration via API or EDI.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Cherwell, Atlassian) and B2B procurement apps (Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
• Proven ability to distill business requirements into technical specifications for integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Preferred exposure to cloud platforms and SaaS-based business applications; supply chain or ecommerce integrations.

Aufgaben

• Understand business needs and identify opportunities through systems analysis.
• Drive development of integrated processes with external customers and manage IT projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for development teams.
• Produce artifacts supporting the SDLC: specs, process maps, test cases, and mockups.
• Coordinate EDI/API integrations and test data with external partners to production.
• Ensure SOX controls where applicable and support agile development with QA teams.
