Connection is seeking a Senior Business Integration Analyst to drive complex EDI and API integrations that connect customers with our core systems. You will map requirements, define functional specs, and guide implementations across external partners with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with product management, applications teams, and QA to ensure scalable solutions, maintain documentation, and support agile processes throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of EDI standards and documents.
• Experience with APIs (GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE) and JSON output comparison.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences and management.
• Proven experience turning customer requirements into functional specs for integrations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and EDI integration.

Responsabilidades

• Understands business needs and identifies opportunities in systems and processes.
• Drives development of integrated processes with external customers and manages projects in IT.
• Gathers, analyzes, and translates business requirements into functional specifications.
• Produces artifacts to support the agile SDLC: requirements, specs, maps, plans, mockups, test cases.
• Provides root cause analysis of difficult problems and communicates interdependencies.
• Manages customer change requests submitted to the Helpdesk and supports QA/testing.
• Works with customers on system integrations and collaborates with development teams.
