Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to join Enterprise Build in Menlo Park, CA. You’ll own intake assessments, determine integration paths, and deliver production-grade enterprise services with strong identity and automation focus.

You will partner with SWE teams to translate prototypes into scalable, native services across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow, while navigating a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a modern enterprise SaaS estate and major identity/workflow platforms.
• Strong scripting and API fluency (Python or similar) for glue code and automation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade services from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Own intake assessment for graduation pipeline: evaluate prototypes, data touched, systems touched, and determine sandbox/build/buy disposition.
• Make graduated services native to the enterprise: implement SSO via Okta, SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and surfaces in Slack, Workspace, and ServiceNow.
• Deliver end-to-end integration-led graduations with emphasis on configuration, workflow automation, and targeted glue code.
• Build and maintain MCP integrations connecting Build's services to the SaaS estate and make them agent-accessible by default.
• Collaborate with business partners to map workflows and stay their translator throughout engagements.
• Partner with Enterprise Platforms on identity and onboarding, and with Enterprise Operations on handoffs.
• Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and focus time on high-signal judgment.
