Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Solutions Engineer to accelerate enterprise adoption of our API platform. You will partner with the sales team to guide customers through API-first development, nurture relationships, and enable successful integrations across complex environments.

You will collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering to deliver value, run technical demos, and drive strategic wins with large organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales/solutions engineering experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ API and Data platforms experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Remote work friendly with ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong collaboration across sales, success, product and engineering.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting strategic customers.
• Lead discovery, demos, and proof-of-value workshops for API lifecycle adoption.
• Address customer questions with solutions or workarounds.
• Understand customer workflows and promote API-first development best practices.
• Provide customer advocacy and share feedback with product teams.
• Stay current on API market trends and competitive landscape.
• Create proof-of-concept integrations and sandbox environments as needed.
• Coordinate between sales and other teams to fit customer needs.
