Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Engineer II to deliver and support complex intelligent automation and Agentic AI solutions across the enterprise. You will integrate generative AI tools with workflow platforms to scale the digital workforce and drive operational efficiency.

You will architect and test IA solutions, lead code reviews, and guide citizen developers while aligning with enterprise security baselines and CoE standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Intelligent Automation and/or Agentic Automation development, implementation, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Python, .NET (C#), SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Experience designing and deploying IDP solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating cognitive AI, custom APIs, or agentic frameworks to support dynamic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, develop, and test IA and Agentic AI solutions by integrating generative AI tools with enterprise workflow platforms.
• Design and deploy Agentic Automation workflows with multi-agent collaboration and contextual reasoning.
• Provide feasibility studies and guidance on automation patterns (deterministic RPA vs IDP vs Agentic workflows).
• Lead code reviews to enforce CoE standards and security policies.
