Job summary

Kyra, an enterprise influencer marketing platform, seeks a Senior Client Solutions Manager to own and grow a portfolio of multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts from the US remote location. You will act as the strategic partner to senior brand stakeholders, aligning Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product to maximize Net Revenue Retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in influencer or creator marketing with enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on campaign fluency with Meta and TikTok.
• Track record of account growth and retention with measurable results.
• Measured against revenue, retention, or net revenue retention (NRR).
• Direct people-leadership experience (1:1s, workload, and performance uplift).
• AI-native approach: integrate AI tools into daily work for faster execution.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
• Lead a pod of CSMs and drive delivery that supports growth and revenue targets.
• Translate data into actionable plans and present KPI performance with context.
• Forecast performance and identify upsell opportunities to grow accounts.
• Maintain clean tracking and ensure client feedback is acted upon.
