Job summary

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform hiring full-time Campaign Managers for remote work in the US. You will own day-to-day campaign delivery, cast and contract creators, and keep clients informed on progress and performance.

You’ll run campaigns in Kyra’s platform, applying AI tools for discovery, outreach and briefs, while ensuring content quality and timely updates. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in influencer marketing, familiarity with enterprise brands, and strong US sports

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach and reporting.
• Creator negotiation and contracting experience, including usage rights.
• Some client-facing experience, ideally with enterprise brands.
• Campaign experience and strong US cultural knowledge in sports betting and fantasy experience.
• Availability 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. This is mandatory, wherever you're based.
• Maybe required to work weekends from time to time, to push through concept / content for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery on campaigns is yours.
• Cast, negotiate with and contract creators (sports betting & fantasy experience).
• Keep the client updated day to day on progress and performance.
• Campaign lead sets direction, and a director leads strategic client conversations.
• Run full campaigns in our platform: discovery, casting, outreach, contracts, payments and reporting.
• Leverage AI for research, outreach and briefs, and check its output.
• Maintain a high standard of content before it reaches the client.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams; manage risks and provide direction.
