Path Robotics is seeking a Fleet Manager to own on-site enterprise support, lead Fleet Techs across multiple customer sites, and shape staffing and training programs for scalable growth. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with leadership responsibilities in a fast-moving manufacturing automation environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field service or manufacturing operations for automation equipment.
• 3+ years managing distributed technician teams.
• Experience scaling a team across multiple sites and building hiring pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fleet Lead, Arm Leads, and on-floor staffing across customer sites.
• Own on-floor troubleshooting standards and escalation paths to Mission Control or Engineering.
• Staff cells directly when contracted, including 4-arm and tank-style cells.
• Hire, onboard, and certify Fleet Techs; define the skills ladder from Fleet Tech to Lead.
• Partner with CSMs on account floor realities and with Fleet Maintenance for PM and safety.
• Report floor metrics (uptime, response time, repeat issues) into Performance Transparency.
